Description
While hiking one of the canyons near Canon City, Colorado, I was fortunate to encounter a group of Bighorn foraging in a side canyon. It was the first time I encountered a group like this that tolerated my presence. As I stood there quietly, the group moved in closer and closer allowing me to shoot lots of images. This is an image I selected as one of my favorites.
